We want you to love it.
Every Cross & Creek tee is printed to order, just for you — so we can't take one back simply for a change of heart. But if something's actually wrong, we've absolutely got you.

What we'll make right
We'll replace or refund any item that arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Misprinted or different from what you ordered
  • The wrong item or size from what's on your order

How it works
Reach out within 30 days of delivery with the item unworn and in its original condition, and we'll take care of it quickly. A quick photo of the issue helps us sort it out even faster. Email a real person at support@crossingcreekco.com — no bots, no runaround.

We may update this policy from time to time, but we'll always keep it fair and reasonable.
